Basketball stars Hanna and Haley Cavinder have revealed how they have transformed their diet and workout routines to help them lose weight for their sister’s upcoming wedding.
The Cavinder twins, 22, have made waves both on and off the court recently – earning more than 4.5 million followers on their joint TikTok account by sharing a glimpse into the many glamorous perks that came with being successful NCAA stars.
The sporting icons have previously shared the rigorous diets and workouts they follow on a day-to-day basis to keep themselves fit, including munching on three meals before lunch.
However, they have since cut down on how much they eat as they have entered a ‘mini-cut’, which sees them consuming three meals and one snack a day compared to the previous six they used to chow down on, in preparation for their sister Brandi’s wedding.

In a new video shared on their YouTube account, the two sisters gave viewers a glimpse at how they switched up their nutrition and workout routines to shed a couple of pounds.
Before giving their fans a sneak peek at their diet and exercise, the twins said: ‘We’ve been on a mini-cut just because we wanted to tighten up because our sister is getting married soon.’
The sisters started their day by drinking 40 ounces of water.
Then, they had a bowl of high-protein oats mixed with blueberries.
After munching on breakfast, the basketball stars shared their new go-to training techniques.
Then, they had a snack before making their lunch.
For their snack, they had a caramel rice cake, which comes in at 50 calories, topped with a banana and cinnamon.
For lunch, the Cavinder twins had a chicken and rice bowl with black beans, and avocado.
They topped it off with hot sauce.
When it came to dinner, the twins munched on chicken parmigiana with a side of pasta.
At the end of the day, Haley and Hanna said they always end their night with something sweet because they have a ‘really big sweet tooth.’

‘We are doing more cardio, three leg days, one back day, and one arm day,’ they said.
The sisters noted that focusing on cardio has become important to them as they ‘love’ their ‘hot girl walks’ and always make sure to get at least 10,000 steps a day.
They noted they had been spending more time on both the treadmill and the stair master.
The sisters also showed off their mini grocery haul, which saw them purchasing bananas, noodles, apple sauce, and rice cakes

While they usually set the treadmill incline to 15 and the speed to three-and-a-half, MPH and walk for 40 minutes, this time they spent 40 minutes on the stair master.
Then, they began their ab routine, which saw them doing weighted crunches.
In the past, the sisters showed their day-to-day diet, which saw them eating more food to nourish their bodies and listen to their minds.

Hanna and Haley were born in South Bend, Indiana, but moved to Phoenix, Arizona, at a young age.

In June 2021, when the NCAA officially started allowing its athletes to earn a profit off of their name, image, and likeness – the social media sensations became the first college athlete to land a brand deal, signing with Boost Mobile within minutes.
